About Us

Who We Are

Rights Action Ghana (RAG) is a nonprofit organization based in Tamale, Northern Ghana, committed to empowering youth and promoting gender inclusion through skills training, financial literacy, and advocacy.
In partnership with the Vibrant Village Foundation (VVF), RAG implements the Youth Employment and Skills (YES) Project, which has trained and supported hundreds of young people, especially women, across communities such as Kukua, Banawa, Gaagbini, Sayoo, and Sandanfong.
Through initiatives in vocational training, leadership development, and Village Savings and Loans Associations (VSLAs), RAG continues to help communities become self-reliant, strengthen local leadership, and promote sustainable livelihoods.
